Alex Pavlov

Alex is one of RTP Global’s investment Partners in Europe, focused on seed to Series B investments in start-ups across the region. He focuses on companies that are using technology to transform marketplaces, as well as the health/fitness and entertainment sectors, and sits on the board of several companies including Urban Sports Club and AppFollow. Alex is also interested in companies using AI in imaginative ways.

Alex strongly believes in founders being the key to building great businesses and he works closely with them to share his advice, knowledge and network.

His advice to entrepreneurs? Have great co-founders because starting a business is hard. You need reliable and like-minded co-founders. Be obsessed with your customers and be fast. Time is your main enemy and you need to be ahead of the curve.
