Matt Thiel has a diverse work experience, starting with serving in the United States Army as a Captain from 2005 to 2010. Matt then worked as a Senior Consultant at Ernst and Young LLP from 2010 to 2011. After that, they joined Stephens Inc. as an Associate from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Oilfield Water Logistics, initially as the EVP - Corporate Development and later as the Chief Financial Officer. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Rod and Tubing Services since 2023.
Matt Thiel has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, which they earned from 2001 to 2005. Matt then pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 2011 to 2013.
