Ivan Petrov

Ivan Petrov is a visual journalist with extensive freelance experience across multiple media organizations, including The Associated Press, RTVI International, Sky TG24, BBC, ИД Коммерсантъ, ITAR-TASS Photo Agency, Эхо Москвы, 7X7 Media, RBK, and BAZA media. Ivan has been active in the field since November 2019 and currently holds a position as a visual journalist with The Associated Press. As of September 2024, Ivan is pursuing a Master's degree in Sociology at the European University at St. Petersburg, following a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the North-West Academy of Public Administration, completed in 2024. Academic background also includes a secondary school education focusing on Natural Sciences and a Middle School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science.
