Dede K. has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. In 2007, they worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at iDea Production until 2011. They then transitioned into the field of software quality assurance. At Gameloft, from 2012 to 2019, Dede held the roles of Quality Assurance Tester, Senior QA Tester, and Software Quality Assurance Lead. During this time, they supervised and mentored QA teams, delivered various Android projects, and facilitated internal knowledge sharing. In 2019, Dede joined Ruangguru as a QA Analyst and progressed to the roles of Senior QA Analyst and Software Quality Assurance Lead. At Ruangguru, they were responsible for managing QA teams, restructuring the product's software development and testing life cycles, and improving bug reporting and communication processes. They also collaborated with SDET in automation testing and refined mobile testing devices.

Dede K. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Universitas Terbuka, where they studied from 2019 to 2023.
