Brittany Duck

Brittany Duck has held a variety of roles in the past 16 years. In 2004, they began their career as an Office Administrator at Strategic Rehabilitation Services. Brittany then moved to DDO Artists Agency in 2007 as a Talent Agent Assistant. In 2010, they worked as an Audience Services Representative at Roundabout Theatre Company. In 2011, they were a Community Manager, Customer Service & Social Media at SmartTix. In 2012, they were an Office Administrator at Capelin Communications. In 2014, they were a People and Culture Specialist at Olapic, where they managed employee engagement and retention, new hire management, and workplace operations. In 2017, they were an Ops & Culture at Wolf & Wilhelmine. Finally, in 2018, they were a Manager of People and Culture and then a Senior Manager of People & Culture at RubiconMD.

Brittany Duck attended Villa Victoria Academy from 2002 to 2006, where they received their diploma. Brittany then attended Duke University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a BA in Theatre/Photography/Markets and Management.
