Ben Barnes

Ben Barnes serves as the Partner-in-Charge of Consulting Services and the Managing Director at RubinBrown Corporate Finance LLC, overseeing investment banking teams on both sell-side and buy-side engagements. As the Partner-in-Charge of the National Private Equity Services Group, Ben possesses extensive experience in collaboration with private equity firms and managing middle market M&A transactions. Prior to joining RubinBrown in October 2009, Ben worked as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on audit and transaction services in the St. Louis and Chicago markets. Ben holds an MS in Accounting and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Trinity University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
