Dawn Sparks is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Controller at RubinBrown LLP since August 2023, Dawn previously held leadership roles at Cheree Berry Paper & Design as VP of Finance and Controller, overseeing HR and General Ledger functions, implementing strategic solutions, and successfully managing financial responsibilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. With a foundational background in accounting across various organizations, including Mission to the World and Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics, Dawn has developed strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement. A graduate of Covenant College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, Dawn's career reflects a commitment to enhancing financial operations and supporting organizational growth.
