Işıl Eralp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Işıl started their career as a Student Assistant at Boğaziçi Üniversitesi, where they assisted foreign professors and developed research skills. Işıl then interned at Pfizer's Corporate Training/L&D Team, where they collaborated with various departments and played a key role in organizing trainings and creating an online library.
After their internship, Işıl worked as a Part-Time Finance Analyst at Coca-Cola İçecek, analyzing financial performance and profitability. Işıl then interned at L'Oréal as a Lancôme Marketing Intern, focusing on digital strategy and global marketing. Here, they developed and implemented digital tools, conducted competitor analysis, and prepared action plans.
Following their internship at L'Oréal, Işıl joined Getir as a Marketing Specialist, primarily working on partnership management and campaigns with vendors. Işıl also worked on business plans and digital assets. Işıl then transitioned to Michelin as an Account Manager, responsible for sales of Michelin tires and other brands in the İstanbul territory. Işıl focused on meeting sales objectives and combining selling experience with marketing and brand strategy.
Işıl then moved to Vodafone as a Growth Associate Manager in the Marketplace. Here, they worked with cross-functional teams to launch features, improve digital buying experience, and create effective communication campaigns. Işıl also monitored campaign performance and identified new opportunities for improvement.
Most recently, Işıl worked at Rollic as a Growth Manager, responsible for driving growth. Currently, they are working at Ruby Game Studio in the same role.
Işıl Eralp began their education in 2010 at İzmir Özel Çakabey Lisesi, where they completed their high school education from 2010 to 2014. During their time there, they earned a graduate degree and received a 100% Merit Scholarship. Subsequently, they entered Boğaziçi University in 2014 and graduated in 2019. At Boğaziçi University, they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
