Daniel Bastos

Daniel Bastos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Daniel began their career in 2010 as a Test Analyst at Teledate Technological Innovations, where they led the Q&A team, automated tests for web systems, and specified and executed test cases for CTI, web, and mobile systems. In 2012, they worked as a Ruby on Rails Developer at NHS Electronic Systems, developing ERP systems using Ruby on Rails and the Scrum framework. From 2013 to 2014, Daniel served as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at Teledate Technological Innovations, where they analyzed requirements, specified CTI systems, and managed IVR projects and call center system implementations. In 2014, they worked as a System Analyst at University Positivo, focusing on migration of .NET legacy systems and stress testing with Jmeter. From 2015 to 2018, Daniel worked as a Scrum Master at CINQ Technologies, facilitating agile culture and serving as a Scrum Master for various clients, including the biggest logistic company in Latin America. In 2018, they served as a Scrum Master at Olist - Startup, coordinating squads working on e-commerce and marketplace integration based on microservice architecture. From 2019 to 2021, Daniel worked as an Agile Coach at Talkdesk, helping development teams apply Kanban and Scrum. Daniel also worked as an IT Manager at Envirotech Education in 2019, centralizing IT requests and managing a local and remote development team. Most recently, in 2021, Daniel became an Agile Coach at Carlsberg Group before taking on the role of Head of Operations at Able in February 2023.

Daniel Bastos has a strong educational background in the field of technology and software engineering. Daniel completed their undergraduate degree in Information Technology at FAE Centro Universitário from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they pursued further specialization in the field by obtaining a post-graduate degree in Software Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, which they completed from 2012 to 2013.
