Ian Garrity

Ian Garrity is an experienced sommelier with a focus on natural wines and a diverse background in the culinary and beverage industry. Currently serving as a sommelier at Ruffian Wine Bar & Chef's Table and Casamata's Cosme, Ian brings expertise in curating wine selections that complement menu offerings. Previous roles include wine consultant for El Nico at the Penny Hotel, senior beverage manager at Tin Building by Jean-Georges, and sommelier positions at Luthun, Nowon, and June Wine Bar. Ian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Culture and Media from Brown University and a high school diploma from Trinity School in NYC.
