Andy Passen

Andy Passen has over 15 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, compliance, and operations. Andy started their career with Steamboat Partners LLC as their Chief Operating Officer and later served as their VP of Sales and Marketing before becoming the Compliance Officer at Hilco Receivables, LLC. Passen then joined Bikaver Group, LLC as their Vice President of Sales, where they were responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with financial and banking institutions. Andy then moved to GC Services Limited Partnership as the Vice President of Business Development, where they played an instrumental role in opening new business relationships and ensuring program success with major brands in the private and public sectors. Andy currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at RUI, where they work towards delivering experience-led digital transformation solutions to help organizations keep their customers for life.

From 2001-2006, Andy Passen attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government.
