Patrick M. Delaney

Patrick Delaney represents automotive manufacturers in all phases of litigation involving Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and Florida Lemon Law including arbitration before the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board and in lawsuits throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States. He represents automobile manufacturers against negligence and strict liability claims based upon alleged product defects. In addition, he represents clients in casualty litigation defending companies against premises liability claims.
