Timothy de St. Remey is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at Duchess Restaurant and Bar since January 2024. Previously, Timothy held the role of Sous Chef at Rumi's Kitchen from August 2023 to February 2024 and Assistant Sous Chef at JOEY Restaurant Group between July 2021 and August 2023. Timothy's extensive experience also includes serving as Head Chef at Krush Bistro and Bar and Management in Training at Third Coast Events, Inc. Timothy started in the hospitality industry as a Bartender at Bar Louie and began culinary training at Grimaldi's Pizzeria as a Cook. Timothy holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Wharton County Junior College, earned between 2017 and 2019.
