Shadia Hassan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Runa since October 2021, Shadia has effectively managed the full employee lifecycle for Finance, Engineering, and Product teams in multiple locations, spearheading strategic initiatives related to compensation and benefits.
