Simone Cipriano

Simone Cipriano has a diverse and extensive work experience. Simone currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Runtalent, where they are responsible for managing the areas of DHO, Endomarketing, Internal Communication, BPs, and HR Operations. Simone also leads the committees for ESG, Diversity and Inclusion, and Retention.

Prior to their current role, Simone worked as a Business Partner at Fohat from November 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they were the Head of Human Resources at CLS Comercio de Papeis e Aparas Ltda. from July 2019 to October 2020. Simone also has experience as a Human Resources Consultant at LCGRH Serviços de Apoio Administrativo Ltda. from February 2018 to July 2019, and at Atma Consultoria from February 2016 to July 2019.
