Anna Chalon

Anna Chalon has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Singer-Songwriter under the stage name "KIDDO" for Vaziva Music. In 2013, they worked as a Public Relations and Booking Assistant for the French Embassy/The Standard Hotels. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing & Talent Coordinator (Contract) for Unilever. From 2015 to 2018, they worked for Percolate Inc. in roles such as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Associate, and Recruiting Coordinator. From 2018 to 2021, they worked for Frame.io in roles such as Sr. Director of Talent and DE&I, Director of Recruiting and D&I, and Sr. Manager, Recruiting. Currently, they are working as the Head of People for Runway since 2022.

Anna Chalon obtained their Bachelor's degree in Private Law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) between 2007 and 2010. Anna then attended the London Music School between 2010 and 2011 to study Guitar, Music Business & Production. In 2011, they attended the Berklee College of Music for a Summer program in Guitar & Songwriting. In 2020, Anna obtained a HR Transformation Certificate from Cornell University and in 2021 they obtained a CTI - Fundamentals Certificate from the Co-Active Training Institute.
