Lauren Saltus (she/her)

Lauren Saltus has a diverse range of work experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition. Lauren most recently worked as a Senior Recruiter at Runway, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Talent Partner at Adobe, where they held multiple roles including Senior Talent Partner from January 2023 to April 2023, and Talent Partner for Frame.io from November 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Adobe, Lauren worked at Frame.io as a Senior Technical Recruiter from August 2021 to November 2021, and as a Technical Recruiter from December 2019 to August 2021. Frame.io is a company that aims to revolutionize video production by enabling seamless collaboration among creative professionals worldwide.

Lauren's earlier work experience includes roles at Percolate Inc. as an Associate Technical Recruiter from November 2018 to December 2019, and at Robert Half Technology as an Account Executive from February 2018 to November 2018, and as a Technical Recruiter from June 2017 to November 2018.

Lauren also gained experience in the therapy field during their time at NYPCC-New York Psychotherapy Counseling Center, where they worked as an Activity Therapist from June 2016 to August 2016 and as a Summer Intern from May 2016 to June 2016.

Lauren Saltus (she/her) completed a course in Programming for Non-Programmers at General Assembly in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Hofstra University, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Community Health. In November 2021, they also obtained a certification in CTI - Fundamentals from the Co-Active Training Institute.
