Jussi Puranen

Jussi Puranen has had a varied career in the food and hospitality industry. Jussi began working as a cook for StaffPoint Oy in 2007, followed by a role as a cook for Osuuskauppa Maakunta in 2010. In the same year, they began working as a Sous Chef and Cook for Sokotel Oy. In 2017, Jussi became the Executive Chef for Anorak Restaurants Oy. In 2018, they took on the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Head Chef & Logistics Manager for Ruokaboksi, as well as a Waiter and Cook for Royal Ravintolat Oy.

Jussi Puranen attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2018, where they studied Hospitality Administration/Management.
