Mohammed Tanveer

Mohammed Tanveer is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as Senior Manager - People & Culture at Rupeek since November 2021, Mohammed has previously held significant roles including Deputy General Manager Corporate HR at Fincare Small Finance Bank and Senior Manager HR at Kotak Mahindra Bank. With a strong foundation in HR practices developed through roles at Hexaware Technologies and Ranstad Consulting, Mohammed has demonstrated expertise in areas such as end-to-end implementation of HR systems, requirement gathering, documentation, configuration, and post-production support. Academic qualifications include an MBA in HR & Marketing from Ms Ramaiah College of Arts Science and Commerce and a BCA in Computer Science from Al Ameen College.
