Ted Stiger

Ted Stiger currently serves as the Chief External Affairs & Policy Officer and previously as the Senior Director of Government Relations & Policy at Rural Community Assistance Partnership, Inc. (RCAP) since March 2016. At RCAP, an organization dedicated to supporting water and wastewater systems in economically disadvantaged rural communities, Ted Stiger focuses on enhancing community health, regulatory compliance, and sustainable infrastructure operations. Prior to RCAP, Ted Stiger worked as a Legislative Associate at the National Association of Development Organizations (NADO), supporting regional development organizations nationwide. Additional experience includes a role as a Research & Operations Associate at The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness and serving as a Press/Staff Assistant in the United States Senate. Ted Stiger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, History, and Public Policy from Albion College, earned in 2009.
