Vimal Natarajan

Vimal Natarajan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vimal began their career at GE Appliances as a Consultant from 1998 to 2002. Vimal then joined Humana as an Internal Consultant from 2002 to 2004. In 2006, they founded Trignom, Inc., a Financial Services company where they served as Founder & CEO until 2008. During this time, they launched a cloud-based planning platform and built a talented team of professionals. From 2008 to 2014, Vimal worked at Abbott as a Senior Finance Manager, overseeing budget control, implementing resource allocation metrics, and designing financial evaluation models. In 2014, they joined Wells Fargo Insurance Services as the Head of Finance Service Center and later took on the role of Regional CFO for the West Region. Vimal was responsible for centralizing and standardizing back-end changes and transaction processing, increasing run-rate, and improving financial processes. Additionally, Vimal served as the Finance Head and Treasurer at RCIS: Rural Community Insurance Services, where they managed financial and accounting aspects and oversaw a portfolio of $500MM.

Vimal Natarajan completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College. This educational journey took place from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued further education at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Strategy. This accomplishment occurred from 2004 to 2006.
