Emma Smithson

Emma Smithson is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in workforce support and recruitment. Currently serving as HR Manager at Rural Financial Counselling Service NSW and as the Founder of The External PA since May 2020, Emma previously held HR Manager positions at Wagga RSL & Commercial Club and Sureway Employment and Training. Emma's earlier career includes roles as an Assistant Industry Employment Consultant at MEGT Ltd and as a Recruitment Officer & Business Consultant at GTES Wagga. Emma holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Human Resources Management) from Charles Sturt University and a Certificate IV in Human Resources from the Riverina Institute of TAFE.
