Lori Fogle has extensive experience in human resources and management. Lori worked at Rural Resources Community Action from 2017 onwards as the Human Resources Director, where they played a significant role in the expansion of the department and was involved in all aspects of hiring and onboarding. In addition, they provided support to 200+ employees in various HR-related matters and conducted training sessions on different topics. Prior to this, they worked at Columbia Cedar Inc from 2014 to 2017 as the HR, Safety, & Environmental Manager. In this role, they created a formal HR and Safety department and implemented a compensation structure. Lori also ensured compliance with safety regulations and contributed to improving the business performance of the company.

Lori Fogle obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Eastern Washington University in 1993.
