Carlos Martínez

Carlos Martínez is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a strong background in delivering complex technology solutions. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Rush Street Interactive since October 2021, Carlos collaborates with Product Owners to develop actionable feature specifications and maintain high-quality technical documentation. Previously, Carlos held roles such as Project Delivery Manager at HubSync, where cross-functional teams were led to meet project objectives, and Project Manager at Globant, managing Salesforce project portfolios for major accounting firms. Carlos also has significant experience as PMO Manager at Réditos Empresariales S.A. leading a large portfolio of strategic projects, and has held various technical and managerial positions in telecommunications and service delivery.
