Al Caesar

As Chief Strategy Officer for Russell Investments, Al Caesar leads the strategic planning, corporate development, and corporate communications functions that support and drive execution of the firm’s global strategy. Based in New York, Al also serves on the firm’s Management Committee. He joined Russell Investments in 2022 with over 20 years of experience in investing and driving innovative growth in asset management, insurance, and retirement businesses. Previously, Al held several leadership roles during 10 years at Prudential Financial, including Head of Strategy for the U.S. Businesses. Prior to that, he managed investments in public equities at AllianceBernstein, led strategy engagements at McKinsey & Company, and, earlier in his career, served as a U.S. Naval Officer.
