David Rae

David Rae is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience at Russell Investments, where tenure has spanned from March 2000 to the present. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Strategic Client Solutions, David has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Client Strategy and Research, Head of LDI Solutions for EMEA, and Director of Overlay Services for EMEA. Additionally, David has served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Russell Investments Pension Plan since January 2015 and was previously an Investment Analyst at Railpen Investments from March 1998 to March 2000. David Rae holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of St Andrews, obtained in 1997.
