Vishal Ghongade, FMP®, currently serves as the Assistant Facilities Manager for Russell Investments in India since March 2024. Prior to this role, Vishal was the Site Lead for LinkedIn in Mumbai, where responsibilities included managing facility operations, general administration, employee engagement, and budget preparation, achieving a 15% reduction in operational costs while ensuring zero downtime for site operations. Vishal's experience also includes roles as a Technical Executive at toothsi, where property acquisition aligned with expansion strategies, a Duty Manager at Cushman & Wakefield overseeing D.G. operations, and a Shift Engineer at Knight Frank India managing maintenance activities. Vishal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master's in Data Science from Simplilearn.
