Allison MacQuire has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and management. Allison'smost recent role was as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Russell Reynolds Associates, where they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, and Corporate Responsibility at Eversheds Sutherland from March 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, MacQuire held the position of Global Head of Talent: Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion at Fidelity International from June 2018 to January 2020. Allison also served as the Director of Talent at BlackRock from September 2016 to May 2018, where they were responsible for talent acquisition in the EMEA region.

MacQuire's experience also includes a role as the Global Director of Investment Banking Client Portfolio at Alexander Mann Solutions from June 2014 to August 2016. In this position, they managed client relationships and delivered hiring solutions to global investment banking clients.

Prior to their time at Alexander Mann Solutions, MacQuire worked at Citi in various roles. Allison served as the Global HR Director: Talent Operations from March 2011 to May 2014, where they were responsible for setting strategic direction for global HR projects and recruitment shared services. Allison also held the role of EMEA Head of Talent at Citi from July 2010 to March 2011.

Before their global HR role, MacQuire held positions at Citi as the EMEA Talent, Learning, Development & Executive Leadership Head from July 2007 to March 2010, and as the HR EMEA Head of Professional Resourcing from July 2004 to July 2007.

Throughout their career, MacQuire has gained expertise in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, client portfolio management, and strategic HR projects. Allison has managed teams, set strategic directions, and delivered hiring solutions for global organizations.

Allison MacQuire obtained an Executive Masters in Strategic HR Leadership from Rutgers Business School in the year 2006 to 2007. Prior to this, they pursued a BSC Hons in Social Administration from Loughborough University between 1987 and 1990. Additionally, they acquired Chartered Member Status from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, although the specific dates of this qualification are not provided.
