Jancey Chan

Jancey Chan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jancey is currently working as the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead - APAC at Russell Reynolds Associates since March 2022. Before that, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition, Asia Pacific at Solvay from July 2013 to December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Recruitment Manager at International SOS from February 2011 to November 2012. Jancey also worked as a Practice Leader/Principal Consultant at Asia's Leading Executive Search Firm from 2005 to 2010. Jancey started their career as a Key Account Manager at Ecolab in 2002, where they worked until 2005.

Jancey Chan's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Management & Marketing from Curtin University. Additionally, they hold a Postgraduate Diploma in HR & Talent Management from SHRI Academy. In 2017, they obtained the SMU HR Graduate Certification from Singapore Management University.
