Steve Baumann, LEED AP BD &C

Steve Baumann has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Steve started their career at Stahl Construction as a Project Manager from 2001 to 2004. Steve then joined Weis Builders as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Russell Co. as the Director of Preconstruction, where they served until 2014. Steve then advanced to the position of Project Executive until 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they held the role of Vice President at Russell Co., focusing on Business Development and client management in various market sectors. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Special Projects at Russell Co., where they provide oversight, mentoring, and coaching to project teams, emphasizes client relationship building and maintenance, and leads internal initiatives for multiple office locations. Steve is a LEED AP BD&C and has expertise in owner representation services and strategic planning.

Steve Baumann, LEED AP BD&C, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Project Management from the Wisconsin School of Business. Steve attended this institution from 1985 to 1995.
