Caroline Nicolas

Caroline NICOLAS is an experienced professional in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Responsable Achats at Rutabago since April 2018. In this role, Caroline has been responsible for optimizing food costs, managing purchasing processes for a variety of ingredients and service providers, and overseeing a portfolio of 50 suppliers while ensuring adherence to a strict sustainability charter. Previously, Caroline was CEO and Founder of Ma Jolie Epicerie, which created educational organic baking kits for children. Additional experience includes roles in procurement and product management at Consortium Publicitaire Européen and purchasing responsibilities at APC and Smartbox Group. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Management of Supply Chains from TBS Education and a certificate in E-marketing and E-commerce from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
