Annemarie de Jonge has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2012, they started their career as an HR Interim Professional at Rvdb, where they worked on various HR projects for different clients. Annemarie also gained experience as an HR Project Manager at Spotta and as an HR Adviser at Red Bull, PostNL, and Orangina Schweppes. In 2016, they worked as a Recruiter at ThiemeMeulenhoff, where they played a key role in an internal selection round during a reorganization. In 2017, Annemarie embarked on a personal adventure, exploring countries such as New Zealand, Australia, and Indonesia, while gaining work experience abroad. Upon returning, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Sunweb Group and then as a Recruitment Business Partner at Ortec Finance. In 2021, they took on the role of HR Adviser a.i. at GGD Hollands Noorden before moving on to become a Recruitment Consultant and later a Talent Coach at Rvdb. Annemarie's extensive background in HR and recruitment has provided their with a wealth of knowledge and skills in talent management and coaching.

Annemarie de Jonge has a diverse education history. Annemarie started their educational journey at the Hogeschool Leiden in 2011, where they pursued a minor in Toegepaste Psychologie. In 2008, they enrolled at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (HBO) degree in Human Resource Management in 2012. Moving forward, Annemarie expanded their knowledge by completing the NLP Practitioner program at NTI NLP from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are enhancing their skills as a Gecertificeerd DISC en drijfveren specialist at TalentFirst Nederland BV, which they have been participating in until 2022.
