Ilse Kamstra

Ilse Kamstra has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ilse started their career as a F&B Management Trainee at Emirates Palace in 2012 and then worked as a Sales Intern at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai in 2014. In 2015, they became a Sales Executive at InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam.

In 2017, Ilse transitioned into the field of recruitment, starting as a Corporate Recruiter a.i. at Spirit Jeugd en Opvoedhulp, followed by roles as a Recruitment Consultant a.i. and Corporate Recruiter a.i. at Rvdb. Ilse then joined PwC Nederland as a Corporate Campus Recruiter a.i. via Rvdb.

In 2019, Ilse worked as an HR Recruitment Advisor a.i. at Ortec Finance and as a People & Project Expert a.i. at bol.com, both roles acquired through Rvdb. Ilse returned to Rvdb as a Talent Manager in 2020, where they were responsible for the professional and personal development of a group of HR interim professionals.

Currently, Ilse is the Head of Business & Operations Eindhoven at Rvdb, starting their position in January 2023.

Ilse Kamstra began their education in 2005 at Merewade College where they studied but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2010, they attended Holyoke Highschool in Colorado, USA, although the degree name and field of study for this period are unknown. Lastly, from 2011 to 2015, they attended the Hotel Management School Maastricht, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Hotel and Hospitality Management.
