Fernando Rivera

Fernando Rivera has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1998 as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida. Fernando then moved to Conagra/Pilgrims' Pride in 2001 as a Management Trainee HR. In 2003, they joined Perdue Farms Inc. as a Senior HR Representative, and then in 2010 they were promoted to Senior HR Rep/Recruiter. Fernando left Perdue Farms Inc. in 2011 to become an HR Manager at SGD Pharma, followed by a move to Fresh Frozen Foods in 2014 in the same role. In 2017, they began working at UFP Mid Atlantic LLC as an HR Recruiter, and also at Signature Food in the same year as HR Manager-Recruiter. In 2019, they joined Gold Creek Foods as an HR Manager, and then in 2020 they began working at RWDC Industries as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Specialist.

Fernando Rivera received their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Management from UNA LM in 1985, after studying there from 1980 to 1985. Fernando then went on to pursue a Master of Science - MS in Management at the University of Florida, which they completed in 2001.
