Narendiran Narayanan

Narendiran Narayanan has a diverse range of work experience. Narendiran currently holds the role of Head of Analytics at RwHealth, where they are responsible for driving high performance and creating value through customer project deliveries and internal research and development. Narendiran manages the development and progression of the Analytics team and builds strong relationships both internally and externally to facilitate involvement with projects across all business areas. Narendiran has a strong understanding of data acquisition, data warehousing, analytics, and reporting using various Business Intelligence tools.

Prior to their current role, Narendiran worked as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Draper and Dash. In this position, they developed and designed dashboards, reports, and data warehousing techniques for NHS Hospitals in the United Kingdom. Narendiran collaborated with stakeholders, clients, and business leads to gather technical information and understand project requirements. Narendiran also led the translation of complex business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Earlier in their career, Narendiran worked as a Graduate Trainee Developer at the University of London Computer Center. Narendiran was responsible for developing plugins for VLE Moodle, solving bugs, and conducting performance testing. Narendiran also gained experience in website development and maintenance, as well as supporting the team with debugging and issue resolution.

Additionally, Narendiran worked as a Quality and Data Analyst at Rangespan Ltd, where they focused on data manipulation and automation using VBA and JavaScript. Narendiran handled suppliers of online listing products and successfully introduced new data automation techniques through VBA scripting.

Narendiran Narayanan completed their education at various institutions, beginning in 2005. Narendiran attended St.Mary's Matric Higher Secondary School from 2005 to 2006, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at Anna University from 2006 to 2010. Narendiran then went on to complete a Master of Science in Computer Science at Middlesex University from 2010 to 2012.
