Patrick Koslecki

Patrick Koslecki, MPA, serves as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at RWJBarnabas Health since March 2021, focusing on health equity strategies and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Nutley Pride LGBTQ+ since September 2019, Patrick established the first LGBTQ advocacy organization in Nutley, NJ, facilitating significant community events and engagement with local government. Previous experiences include roles at digitalundivided, where Patrick supported program operations, and Cause Strategy Partners, where Patrick contributed to diversity initiatives. Additionally, experience as a Senior Account Manager at National Debt Relief involved negotiations for clients, while serving as a GLAAD Campus Ambassador entailed leading LGBTQ events in educational institutions. Patrick holds a Master of Public Administration from the Colin Powell School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Caldwell University.
