Ernest Hall

Ernest Hall has a long and impressive work history. Ernest began their career in 2010 as the Chief Information Officer at Easterseals Nevada. In this role, they provided employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, developed industry partnerships, and secured funding. Ernest also expanded the mobile workforce to 60% of staff by implementing secure video conferencing and expanding the technology infrastructure from two to five facilities statewide. In 2019, they became the Chief Operations Officer at Nevada Blind Children's Foundation, where they improved communication between internal and external stakeholders by utilizing Salesforce and implementing new communications and security systems. Ernest also chartered the first 4-H club in Nevada for children with blindness or vision loss. In 2021, they became the Chief Operations Officer at Red Panda Systems, where they improved sales and support processes by leading systems transition of Customer Relationship Management and Sales Management Solutions. Ernest also enhanced customer support process through implementation of online support portal with an average 95% customer satisfaction rating. Currently, Ernest is the Program Manager Digital Inclusion at Rx.Health.

Ernest Hall received their Master of Arts in Theatre Arts, Directing from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and their Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Capital University. Ernest also has a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org, which they obtained in February 2021.
