Job Profile

The Director, Provider Engagement will define the provider engagement strategy for Mosaic Pharmacy Service, leading execution of the full spectrum of provider engagement activities. In the role you will develop a playbook for engaging health plan provider networks and build relationships with providers, serving as a trusted advisor to align providers with the values, vision and mission of Mosaic Pharmacy Service. In addition, you will collaborate with business development to sell Mosaic Pharmacy Service to target provider markets. This is a remote position with some travel to our offices in Sterling, Virginia, and to provider locations required. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Client Success.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Formulate and execute a provider engagement strategy, which leads to the achievement of RxAnte’s goals as well as those of its health plan partners.
  • Focus on streamlining communication, building and strengthening relationships, and aligning providers with the values, vision and mission of Mosaic Pharmacy Service.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of products and services and collaborate with sales team to sell Mosaic Pharmacy Service to target at-risk value-based provider markets.
  • Develop and lead execution of the full spectrum of provider engagement activities from initial training and onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for provider groups.
  • Develop a playbook for engaging health plan provider networks, including best practices for engagement and Mosaic pharmacy and health plan collaboration.
  • Serve as the liaison between providers, Mosaic pharmacy and health plans clients.
  • Create policies, procedures and processes that are scalable to support provider engagement and collaboration.
  • Optimize Mosaic Pharmacy Service performance through close collaboration with the Client Success, Clinical Operations, Member Engagement, Product and Analytics teams.
  • Lead the development of provider resources and tools, including workflow and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with team members on upcoming provider meetings.
  • Develop relationships with internal department leaders and external partners to drive strategic initiatives within the provider network.
  • Collaborate with payer solution strategy to evaluate current solution performance, recommending enhancements as needed.
  • Embody a culture that prioritizes teamwork, innovation, integrity, and client focus.
  • Be a steward of RxAnte’s culture, and an ambassador for our brand in the marketplace.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Healthcare experience and domain expertise, especially with Medicare Advantage health plans, pharmacy operations, provider relations and/or value-based care, quality performance or improvement initiatives.
  • Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships and communicating effectively with providers.

Education/Experience

  • Clinical degree in medicine, pharmacy or other health related field required.
  • 7+ years of related experience in provider engagement, healthcare services, managed care and/or pharmacy industry required.
  • Experience in pharmacy operations, clinical program management, business development or healthcare technology desired.
