Joshua Rackley

Joshua Rackley has a strong background in database administration and support roles. Joshua began their career at Regions Financial Corporation in 2009, where they worked in revolving credit operational support until 2013. Joshua then joined Daxko, where they held multiple roles including customer success, TechOps support engineer, TechOps support team lead, and most recently as a database administrator. In June 2021, they transitioned to their current position as a database administrator at RxBenefits, Inc. Throughout their career, Joshua has been responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and overseeing various enterprise-level databases, including AWS cloud infrastructure, RDS MySQL and Postgres instances, and MSSQL servers.

Joshua Rackley attended The Baptist College of Florida from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Christian Education with a focus on Student Ministry. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon in July 2022.
