Lisa Dorsey

Lisa Dorsey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lisa started their career at West Side Roofing in 2011, where they served as an Office Manager. In this role, they were responsible for human resources, payroll, and AR/AP. Their strong aptitude in customer service and accounting was evident during their six years with the company.

In 2017, Lisa joined Group Management Services, Inc. as a Benefit Implementation Specialist. Their primary focus was onboarding clients to new group benefits plans. This required their to excel in customer service, communication, time management, public speaking, and detailed record keeping.

Most recently, Lisa has been working at RxBenefits, Inc. Since joining in 2019, they have held various roles within the company. Starting as a Benefit Implementation Specialist, they progressed to Senior Benefit Implementation Specialist and then to Pharmacy Design Consultant. Currently, Lisa serves as an Account Manager.

Throughout their career, Lisa has consistently demonstrated strong skills in customer service, communication, organizational management, and attention to detail.

Lisa Dorsey obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Kent State University. Lisa attended the university from 2014 to 2016.
