Sergio Escobar has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Sergio began their career at Charter One, now Citizens Bank, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from February 2005 to May 2009. In this role, they were responsible for training and supervising employees, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and resolving customer inquiries.

From May 2009 to May 2011, Sergio worked at TCF Bank as a Branch Manager. Sergio successfully recruited, trained, and mentored staff, implemented effective staff meetings, and significantly grew the customer base.

Sergio then joined BMO Harris Bank as a Service Manager from May 2011 to October 2015. In this position, they managed a team of seven and achieved sales goals through effective sales management techniques. Sergio consistently exceeded operational audits.

Afterwards, Sergio worked at MetLife as a Client Service Consultant from January 2016 to January 2022. During this time, they provided exceptional client service and consulting.

Subsequently, they joined Elixir in January 2022 as an Account Manager, where they continued to excel until January 2023.

Currently, Sergio is working at RxBenefits, Inc. as an Account Manager from January 2023 onwards.

Sergio Escobar attended Edward Tilden High School from 1996 to 2000. Sergio did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during their time there. From 2022 to 2026, Sergio then enrolled at Waubonsee Community College, where they pursued studies in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
