Lynn Eschenbacher

Lynn Eschenbacher PharmD, MBA, FASHP, CPEL has held various positions in the healthcare industry since 2000. Lynn began their career at Parkland Hospital as a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Resident. Lynn then moved to Duke University Health System in 2001, where they held the roles of Medication Safety Officer, Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator, and Clinical Pharmacist. In 2008, Lynn moved to WakeMed as the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Clinical Services and Residency Program Director. In 2015, Lynn joined Ascension as the Chief Pharmacy Officer and Vice President of Medication Management, and National Director of Pharmacy Operations. In 2020, Lynn became a Board Member of Marian Middle School. In 2022, Lynn joined Echelon Health Strategies as the CEO and Founder, and Aspire Health Innovations as a Strategic Advisor. In 2023, Lynn joined RxLive as the Chief Customer Officer, Benmedica as the Chief Pharmacy Advisor, and SpringTide Ventures as a Venture Partner.

Lynn Eschenbacher PharmD, MBA, FASHP, CPEL earned a BS in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington, a PharmD from The University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Lynn also holds certifications from FASHP and CPEL.
