Aaron Kraft

Aaron Kraft has worked in the technology industry since 1998. Aaron'swork experience includes roles such as Sr. Software Engineer, Sr. Business Analyst, and Chief Technology Officer. In 1998, they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at Network WCS, where they developed custom integrations of call detail records from Nortel phone switches. In 2000, they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer & Sr. Business Analyst at AOL. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Sr. Technical Business Analyst at Humana, where they provided technical consultation to the HR Compensation department. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Ardent Consulting LLC, where they provided IT consulting services. From 2016 to 2021, Aaron worked at H&R Block as a Director of Technology and Technology Manager - Application Development, leading an application development team. In 2020, they were a Vice President of Software Engineering at SAIC, leading Digital Transformation through Software Engineering. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at RxLive, a nationwide telehealth platform.

Aaron Kraft received their Project Management Certification from the University of Louisville in 2017. Aaron also attended the University of Louisville from 1993 to 1997, where they studied Music and Computer Information Systems. In addition, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2016 and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance the same month. Finally, they hold a SAFe 5 Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
