Michelle Stoltz

Michelle Stoltz is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various senior roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at RXO since November 2022, Michelle previously held the same title at XPO Logistics, Inc. from October 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included senior leadership in HR. Prior to that, Michelle's career at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, spanned a decade with roles ranging from Director of Human Resources to Senior HR Generalist. Earlier experiences include serving as Human Resources Coordinator at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Accounts Payable & Customer Service Coordinator at Connector Service Corporation. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Illinois State University and is a graduate of Naperville Central High School.
