Olga Olejniczak

Olga Olejniczak serves as the Director of Multifamily Development at Ryan Companies US, Inc., since October 2021, following a tenure as Manager of Real Estate Development at The Opus Group® from March 2016 to October 2021. In this role, Olga oversees the development and lease-up of multifamily and student living buildings, managing all aspects of development including due diligence, entitlements, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Previous positions include Real Estate Representative and Real Estate Development Coordinator at The Opus Group®, Proposal & Marketing Coordinator and Assistant Client Case Coordinator at Littler Mendelson, and Marketing Assistant & Office Manager at Chicago Detours. Olga holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University, as well as post-graduate studies in Business from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan.
