Erica Clausen is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruiting and client management. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Ryan since June 2017, Erica leads the College Recruiting Program and develops innovative recruiting strategies to adapt to the evolving employment market. Previously, as Recruiting Manager at Flagship Facility Services, Inc., Erica improved recruitment efficiency for senior-level positions. Erica's career began at ISN, where roles included Customer Success Consultant and Branding & Conference Planning Analyst, showcasing a strong foundation in client service and event logistics. Erica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from Oklahoma State University.
