Ajay Joy George, P.Eng., CEM, has over 13 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Ajay Joy is currently working as a Building System Engineer at RYCOM, where they provide data-driven analytics and ongoing commissioning and optimization of smart architecture systems to a portfolio of buildings. Ajay Joy also acts as a project manager for Master System Integration (MSI) projects and supports customers as a subject matter expert in data integration and solutions. Prior to that, Ajay worked as an Application Engineer at ESC Automation, designing, developing, and commissioning HVAC control systems and building automation solutions. Ajay Joy also worked on network and server selection and integration with third-party systems. Before that, Ajay worked at Eltek AS as an APAC Data Center Product Support Engineer, where they supported the APAC region for data center opportunities and published technical documents and research papers. Ajay Joy also worked at Schneider Electric as a Senior Application Engineer, providing pre-sales support, managing projects, and optimizing energy efficiency and cost savings for clients. Ajay's early work experience includes a role as a Project Engineer at G.E.T. Power Pvt Ltd., where they strategized action plans, provided design solutions, and estimated construction budgets.

Ajay Joy George, P.Eng., CEM, has a strong educational background in electrical engineering. Ajay Joy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Ajay Joy then pursued a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Automation & Control from the National University of Singapore, completing their studies in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Ajay has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their expertise. In 2017, they completed PMP Certification Training from GoSkills.com, acquiring project management skills. In 2019, they became a registered Professional Engineer (PE) with Professional Engineers Ontario.
