Previously, McElrath held the position of Manager of Preconstruction Services at Crawford Consulting Services from May 2015 to November 2022, managing department budgets, employee reviews, and project management for large-scale projects in federal, healthcare, and higher education sectors. With extensive experience as a Sr Project Manager and Cost Manager, McElrath managed projects ranging from $20M to $500M, overseeing up to $2B in ongoing projects. Prior roles include Cost Engineer at VWMG, Inc. and Project Manager at Vision Design Build, among other positions in construction management and auditing. McElrath holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
