Christopher Pavia's work experience is as follows:

- From October 2015 to the present, they have worked as the Vice President of Tax at Ryerson. Ryerson is a services company that processes and distributes metals.

- From September 2014 to October 2015, they worked as the Vice President of Tax at UCI-FRAM AutoBrands, one of North America's largest companies servicing the vehicle replacement parts and car care market.

- From May 2014 to September 2014, Christopher was the Vice President of Tax at Minerals Technologies Inc., a resource and technology-based company that develops and markets various specialty mineral products.

- From November 2013 to May 2014, they worked as the Vice President of Tax at AMCOL International, a leading producer and marketer of specialty materials. Prior to that, while in the same company, Christopher served as the Tax Director. During this role, they built and established a fully staffed Tax Department and achieved annual cost savings.

- From January 2006 to February 2008, they were the Tax Director at Culligan International, an industry-leading water treatment equipment manufacturer.

- From June 2002 to January 2006, they worked as the Manager of Tax & Treasury at Nokia, one of the largest mobile device manufacturers and distributors in the world. During this time, Nokia also acquired HERE, a global mapping and location intelligence business.

- From February 1995 to March 1998, they worked as a Senior Tax Accountant at Illinois Tool Works, a diversified manufacturer of industrial equipment.

Christopher Pavia holds a Masters degree in Taxation from DePaul University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago, where they attended from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their degrees, Christopher Pavia is also a Certified Public Accountant, which they obtained from The Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS) in May 1994.
