Rebecca Cornatzer

Rebecca Cornatzer is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at S. M. Wilson & Co. Rebecca previously worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Webster University from January 2013 to December 2015, teaching a Governance and Executive Leadership master level course. Prior to that, they were the Chief Administrative Officer at Epworth Children & Family Services from June 2004 to April 2017, where they progressed through the leadership ranks, starting as HR & Training Manager, then becoming Director of HR, and eventually Chief Administrative Officer. Rebecca has a wealth of experience in human resources and administration, making their an excellent leader in their current role.

Rebecca Cornatzer is a certified workplace learning professional with a Master of Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Biology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
